Web root folders are located as follows:
    * UniServer\www - Where your web-pages are placed
    * UniServer\ssl - Where your secure web-pages are placed

1) Install
   Extract Uniform Server to any folder (on any hard drive or USB stick);

2) Run - Quick Start Guide
Navigate to folder UniServer and double click on Start.exe:

This starts the tray menu where your servers are controlled from.
Tray icon blue background with white number one, bottom right of screen.

   LEFT MENU:
Selected with left-mouse button, this runs the servers as a standard program.
Top menu item starts both Apache and MySQL servers.
   Second item stops both servers.

Standard program: Every time you switch your PC on you need to
                     restart the servers.

   RIGHT MENU:
Selected with right-mouse button, this runs the servers as a service.
Top menu item installs and runs both Apache and MySQL services.
Second item stops and uninstalls both services.

Note: There are no restrictions! You can install services from a USB memory
stick. Remember to uninstall services before removing memory stick.

Service: Servers automatically restart when PC is switched on.

3) Run - Individual server control
The third menu item (left or right menus) allows individual server control.
You can start/stop each server as a standard program or
install-run/stop-uninstall each server as a service.

Individual control allows you to mix the above, for example run one server
as a standard program and the other as a service.

4) Common:
Appart from the above all other menu items are common to both standard and
   service operation.

5) Server Status:
Fourth menu item provides diagnostic information, as shown in this example:

6) Apache Syntax check
If you make changes to the server configuration files this
menu item provides a quick check for Apache syntax errors.

7) Admin Panel
Admin panel provides fine server control along with server security
configuration. By default the server is locked down allowing only
   local access.

8) phpMyAdmin
MySQL server user accounts and database configurations can be accessed
   using phpMyAdmin.

9) WWW and SSL root
To view your web site these menu items take you to the index page
contained in folders UniServer\www and UniServer\SSL

10) Advanced
Advance opens a set of submenu items.

    MySQL password restore –
This restores the password back to the default root

Server Certificate and Key generator –
The server default is SSL disabled. Click this link to generate a new
server certificate and key. Once created the server is enabled for SSL
operation. The server requires restarting for the new configuration
     to be picked-up.

    Move Servers multi-server operation -
This menu option automatically reconfigures the servers to run on
different ports and service names allowing multi servers to be run
on the same PC. Extract a new version of Uniform Server and run
the script using this menu item.

    Perl Shebang Update cgi-bin -
Perl scripts contain a Shebang (first line) this informs a server where
to find the Perl program. Uniform Server is dynamic and tracks any path
changes automatically updating the Shebang. However if the server remains
static and you have added new scripts in the cgi-bin folder the Shebang
is never updated. Hence run this menu item after installing new scripts.
It updates the Shebang in all files to the current Perl location.

11) Server information and Logs -
Opens a set of sub-menu items allowing you to select and view
    specific server information.

12) Reload Menu -
This allows you to reload the menu configuration file. Preferably make
small changes to this file, run menu item to quickly see any adverse
effects of making changes. Makes it easier to revert back to a working
    menu.

13) Server Documentation -
Provides quick access to server documentation contained in folder UniServer\docs

14) About -
    Intro information.

15) Exit -
    Closes menu.

16) Double click icon -
Double click on the tray icon to display Apanel.
